IFFCO'S largest unit Paradeep's IFFCO plant observed Labour's day on the occasion of May 1st Labour Day. IFFCO Paradeep Unit Director Shri K J Patel as the chief guest along with other dignitaries grace their presence in the program. They expressed their gratitude towards the laborers and employees of IFFCO. A plant as big as Paradeep Unit can't be successful without the cooperation among management and its workers union.
Shri K J Patel highlighted the fact that it is due its labourers hard work and dedication towards the plant that today IFFCO Paradeep have managed to be at the top of the success ladder globally. Shri Mamata Patel, President of IFFCO ladies Club also graced the occasion as the guest of honour. IFFCO employees' Union's President Shri Tussar Ranjan Samantray andvGeneral Secretary, Shri Rakesh Kumar Ojha, all the employees and members of the IFFCO Paradeep also attended the organised event. The president and secretary in their speech appreciated the efforts and dedication of Shri KJ Patel towards the plant. His commendable efforts towards the plant in making it reach such successful heights all over the world, the way he emphasises every employee and workers of IFFCO is all worthy of gratitude and respect. They also appreciated the leadership of Shri K J Patel and his most important contributions in making the plant number one, in making an outstanding level of production, public relation, transportation and excellent capacities of export and development in its peripheral areas.
IFFCO under his leadership is soon to be the largest DAP NANO fertiliser plant in the world which will be a gift to the farmers all over the world. This is very rare for a Unit head to be considerate towards its every member. There were also cultural programmes organised in the premises for the celebration of Labour's day in which all the workers and employees marked their presence.
