IFFCO Paradeep Unit Honoured with “Best Mother Plant Award 2025”

Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) Paradeep Unit has been conferred with the “Best Mother Plant Award 2025” by the Odisha Assembly of Small & Medium Enterprises (OASME) during its 40th Foundation Day & Annual Convention 2025 celebrations on 12th August 2025.
The prestigious award was presented by Shri Sampad Charan Swain, Hon’ble Minister of Industry, Skill Development & Technical Education, Shri Gokula Nanda Mallick, Hon’ble Minister of MSME, Government of Odisha, and Shri Hemanta Sharma, Additional Secretary, Industry Department, Government of Odisha.
This recognition acknowledges IFFCO Paradeep Unit’s outstanding contribution in supporting over 180 MSME industries in the state through supply chain facilitation, capacity building, and collaborative growth initiatives. The unit’s efforts have significantly contributed to industrial development, employment generation, and fostering a strong ecosystem for small and medium enterprises in Odisha. The Unit Head of IFFCO Paradeep Sh. P K Mahapatra expressed gratitude to OASME and the Government of Odisha for the honour, stating, “This award is a testament to IFFCO’s commitment towards inclusive growth and our constant endeavour to strengthen MSMEs as vital partners in the state’s industrial progress.” IFFCO Paradeep Unit continues to play a pivotal role not only in producing world-class fertilisers but also in promoting sustainable industrial partnerships, aligning with the vision of “Atmanirbhar Bharat” and Odisha’s industrial growth roadmap.
