Swachhata Pakhwada-2026, commenced on July 01, 2026 at IndianOil Paradip Refinery with great fervor. Mr Kausik Basu, ED&RH, Paradip Refinery administered the Swachhta pledge to all in presence of senior officials and employees of Paradip Refinery. On the occasion, Mr Kausik Basu emphasized the importance of a Swachh Bharat and urged everyone to be proactive towards cleanliness. He exhorted all to observe cleanliness in the workplace, home, surrounding areas and also in our plants. To spread awareness on Swachhta in nearby villages, a Swachhta Rath was flagged by ED & RH in presence of senior officials of Paradip Refinery. During the fortnight spanning from July 1-15, 2026, various activities have been planned for spreading awareness on cleanliness. Many compelling activities like Tree Plantation Drive, Plogging, Nukkad Natak, Cleanliness Drive, Awareness Talk, Distribution of Dustbins, Hygienic Kits, Debate, Essay & Drawing competitions etc. are arranged at Paradip Refinery and nearby villages in this Pakhwada.
