Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), Paradeep Unit — the world’s largest phosphatic fertilizer plant — Bags Awards on best practices of Community Development Programmes for the year 2025. The award is presented for their initiatives focus on various aspects of farmers' lives, such as agricultural education, healthcare, sustainable practices, helping to build trust and strengthen their Cooparative network. Through these efforts, IFFCO successfully integrates IFFCO Rural Development Programme with its business startegy, contributing to both community welfare and its own growth.
This conclave is organised by Odisha CSR Forum at the Odisha CSR & HR Leadership Submit –2025 held in Bhubaneswar.
The honour was received by Shri Gyanindra Sundaray Deputy Manager (HR) & Sh Prasanna Kumar Beura,Public Relation Officer, from the Chief Guests Smt.
